9:00am | Pilates under the instruction of Marissa
This class is designed to strengthen the muscles of your “powerhouse”, or core, resulting in overall toning of the body and    efficiency and fluidity of movement. Pilates is great for all levels of who want to become stronger and more flexible.

10:00am | Yin & Yang Yoga under the instruction of Kate
A powerful Blend of Yoga Postures designed to bring out a deep state of balance and peace. This class starts with 30 minutes of Yin yoga to open the joints, deepen the breath, and clear the mind. This state of surrender is then carried into the Yang portion of the practice, which consists of asanas to strengthen, challenge and cleanse. All levels welcome

MONDAYS
9:00am | Pilates Power Mix under the instruction of Liz
All levels are welcome to this aerobic Pilates class, which is perfect for getting your heart pumping and achieving an all-over toned physique! 

5:00pm | Yoga under the instruction of Kate
Gentle to moderate Vinyasa flow.  The purpose of Vinyasa is to create heat in the body, which leads to purification of the body through increased circulation and sweating. It also improves flexibility, which allows the student to practice advanced asanas with reduced risk of injury. Perfect for beginners!

6:00pm | Zumba under the instruction of Luana
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba achieves long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate your life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba class.

This is a very energetic and intense hour-long class for all levels.  This class is designed for total core strengthening and incorporates the use of rubber bands and fitness balls to tone those abs!

10:00am | Body Sculpting under the instruction of Bobby
This hour-long aerobic class will really get your blood flowing with the use of mild weights, rubber bands.  This non-stop class is great for all levels and includes a short, fast-paced walk around our beautiful property!

5:00pm | Yoga for Beginners under the instruction of Kate
This class is intended for new yogis or for those who need a refresher of the basics. Come prepared to stretch, strengthen and     rejuvenate, while you learn how to build a strong foundation to support any type of yoga practic
